Is shipping free?
Delivery is free to most countries for orders over £60. Orders under £60 have a £20 delivery fee. See the Shipping Policy for destination exclusions and full conditions.
How long does preparation take?
Allow 1–2 weeks for order preparation, plus shipping time. Carrier timing depends on the service and destination; see our Shipping Policy.
How do I apply a Wallken decal?
Peel and stick following the instructions included with your design. Vinyl decals are removable but not repositionable.
Can decals go on textured walls?
The listed decals can be applied on most flat surfaces, including slightly textured walls, windows and mirrors. Check the application guidance for your chosen design and surface.
Which payment method is available?
PayPal is listed on our Payment Method page. Check the final total and available options at checkout.
Can I cancel an order?
You can request cancellation or modification within 24 hours. Read the Refund & Return Policy for conditions, fees and restrictions once an order has shipped.
